Mary Williams has over a decade of training and service in the community, working with youth and young adults, organizing activities that are meant to bring awareness and unity in communities. Mary is dedicated to motivating, inspiring and empowering all people to live a better life and striving to reach a common goal of love and unity for all mankind. The senseless death of her son in 2017 motivated Ms. Williams to connect on a deeper level with the troubled youth and grieving mothers. For three years she has served the youth in the Juvenile Correctional Center and four years for the women in the Northeast Ohio Reintegration Center. By sharing her story, she has been able to connect with young men and women to provide community-based motivational discussions. Being aware of the realities of violence that spreads to all family members including parents and grandparents, Ms. Williams extends her services to help ensure that they have what they need to live up to the challenges of parenting youth in their household. The ultimate goal for Mary is to open an outreach center for African American boys and men to be restored, renewed and rejuvenated.
